2010 Summer Timetable

Jat Airways is in the March 29 - October 25 period of this year to operate under the summer timetable, which entails 25 destinations in 24 countries of the region, elsewhere in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. During April and May, Jat Airways will be offering 151 weekly frequencies, while during the period between June 1 and October 30, 2010 - 208 frequencies. In addition, 81 weekly flights in cooperation with Jat Airways code share partners will be available to passengers. Code share agreement allows Jat Airways to book certain number of seats on flights operated by the most prestigious European air carriers.

Compared to last year's summer season, new destinations include Dubai and Portoroz.

Dubai line was introduced on February 9, operating, for now, on Tuesdays. As of March 28, Serbian flag carrier will operate Dubai line twice a week – on Thursdays and Saturdays. Beginning May 10, Dubai line will be operated three times a week – on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Scheduled service Belgrade-Portoroz-Belgrade on Thursdays and Sundays is due to kick off on April 15 and continue in operated through June 27.

Passengers can travel from Belgrade to Bukurest as of December 2, 2009 by code share flight between Jat Airways and Tarom airlines. Until March 28, Belgrade-Bucharest-Belgrade line will be operated three times a week, while summer season timetable envisages four weekly frequencies – on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays.

The largest number of frequencies – at least one flight daily – under the summer timetable will be performed on the lines to Frankfurt, Vienna, Zurich, Moscow, Paris, London, Skoplje, Podgorica and Tivat. The line to Ljubljana follows with six weekly flights, to Amsterdam, Düsseldorf and Rome – with five weekly flights, to Stockholm, Milan and Istanbul – with four weekly flights, to Stuttgart, Berlin, Copenhagen, Athens, Brussels and Laranca - with three weekly flights, to Trieste, Portoroz, Tel Aviv and Dubai – twice a week, and to Malta, Tripoli, Tunis and Monastir – with one weekly flight.

Jat Airways 2010 Summer Timetable introduces the lines to Ohrid, Thessaloniki and Gothenburg. Also, the number of frequencies on scheduled services to Amsterdam, Sarajevo, Zurich, London, Skoplje, Laranca, Trieste, Malta, Tripoli, Monastir and Tivat will be increased. As was the case in the previous seasons, Jat Airways will accommodate its passengers to reach Hamburg and Hanover via Berlin.

Passengers from Serbia can travel to eight European destinations thanks to Jat Airways commercial code share agreements on jointly operated lines with other national air companies. The offer includes 17 weekly flights to Vienna in cooperation with Austrian Airlines and 35 weekly flights to Munich and Frankfurt in cooperation with Lufthansa. Furthermore, in cooperation with Aeroflot, Jat Airways has ensured two daily flights to Moscow and as many with Air France to Paris and Alitalia to Rome. Jointly with Tarom airlines, Jat offers four weekly flights to Bucharest and together with LOT - five weekly flights to Warsaw.

Jat Airways commercial code share agreement with KLM is in the last stage of implementation and will enter into force during the upcoming season, thus allowing connections from Belgrade to large number of destinations worldwide via Amsterdam.

Connections involving European destinations to which Jat has no direct flight are to be realized in accordance with the existing agreements with Alitalia, Icelandair, Finnair, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, British Midland, Swiss, Aegean Airlines and AtlasJet. Agreements with KLM, Air France, Delta Airlines and Martin Air will come into force soon.

Jat Airways offers to passengers bound for Australia and New Zealand, Beijing, the Near, Middle and Far East and India favorable connections in cooperation with Singapore Airlines via those European destinations to which Jat operates direct flights, Emirates via Dubai, Lufthansa via Frankfurt, Quatar Airlines, Etihad Airways and Srilanka Airlines.

Beijing is accessible by flying with Aeroflot via Moscow, Air China via Frankfurt or Stockholm as well as by Turkish Airlines via Istanbul. Connecting flights to North and South America have been made possible through cooperation with the following air companies – Alitalia via Milan or Rome, Virgin Atlantic, British Airways and British Midland via London, KLM and Martinair via Amsterdam, Swiss via Zurich, Air France via Paris, Lufthansa via Frankfurt and Munich, Austrian Airlines via Vienna, and Delta Air Lines and United Airlines via those European destinations to which Jat operates direct flights.

Africa-bound passengers can travel from Belgrade in combined flights operated by Jat Airways and Emirates, Turkish Airlines and SriLankan Airlines.

The summer timetable is subject to change depending on market demand.
