JAT AIRWAYS BUILDING IN NEW BELGRADE ON SALE

The most successful companies and banks in Serbia, over two hundred of them, have received the announcement that Jat Airways building in New Belgrade is on sale, as well as an invitation that all interested parties contact authorized personnel in this matter. After the sale, the management of Jat Airways will move to Jat Airways airport offices at Nikola Tesla Airport, thus being closer to its employees, as well as to its clients.

"A transparent sale of surplus and unused property will, in great measure, stimulate the application of announced reform measures, as well as provide support to the reconstruction and modernization of the company" said Srdjan Radovanović, Jat Airways Director General.

Jat Airways Board of Directors made a decision to sell Jat Airways building in New Belgrade through direct sale, after two open bids, with starting price of 2121 and 1200 euros per square meter, gave no result. All the assets received through sale will be used for acquiring credit from the bank, which will allow lease of two Boeing 737-300 craft, maintenance of the existing planes and provision of spare parts.
