Jat Gets Three-Star Ranking

The www.airlinequality.com web site where passengers grade air companies they had flown with, Jat Airways received three of the five stars. Thus, the Serbian national air company  ranked in the same category with KLM, Aeroflot, SAS, Air Canada, Adria, Croatia, Iberia as well as some other prestigious air companies in Europe and North America.

On the web site, passengers rate onboard and airport service quality offered by personnel.  This is something that Jat Airways is intensively working on to improve and catch up with British Airways, Air France, Lufthansa and Swiss, all of which have received four-star rankings.  Still, three stars represents success for Jat, as over the past seventeen years it faced greatest challenges from among all the equally ranked companies.

It is interesting to note that only six companies – all from Asia – received five stars.

Jat was rated with three stars for business class check-in service, arrival service, flight safety, meals served, cabin staff attitude, onboard features such as blankets, pillows, magazines and newspapers, cabin staff presence through flights, assisting passengers with children and cabin staff language skills.

Jat Airways received two stars for economy class check-in service and economy class service efficiency.

Jat will continue investing efforts to enhance its Customer Service with a view to receiving higher passenger rating for the Serbian national air company and joining Europe's best.
