Jat Airways carried a total of 60,665 passengers, 254 tonnes of cargo and 43 tonnes of mail in February 2007. This shows a 0.5 percent drop in passenger numbers against the same month last year - primarily owing to vitiated traffic with Montenegro where the number of passengers fell 36 percent. A nine-percent on Euro-Mediterranean and as much as 51-percent rise on charter flights was recorded, as compared to February 2006. The cabin load factor stood at 48.5 percent.
Also, Jat aircraft recorded 2,357 block hours for the period, a 2-percent increase on last year. The daily average was 9 block hours, or 26 percent more than during the same period last year. |
