The rich film programme will take place in Belgrade's theatres at the Sava Center, Trade Union Hall, Belgrade Cultural Centre, the Museum of Yugoslav Cinematheque and the Faculty of Drama Arts. FEST will open with the gala projection in the Sava Centre of the domestic film A Trap, directed by Srđan Golubović, while the rest of the event will be organized on the principle of programme lines in other theatres. The programme includes Horizons, PhantAsia, Discoveries, Young Ladies, The Facts and Puzzles and contemporary German film. FEST matinees will include more than 250 film projections and 80 premieres of significant films, as well as some retrospective film programmes.

FEST 2007 will be accompanied by a series of cultural manifestations, concerts, exhibitions and multimedia performances. FEST also awaits the arrival of some 100 distinguished guests from the world (authors, actors, producers, critics, film and festival celebrities). FEST 2007 will continue with "B2B", last year's programme and business segment, with a contest of eight films titled "Europe out of Europe".
