The Master of Electricity in Three Centuries Time During this August Chicago will be the host of the exhibition dedicated to Nikola Tesla. The last exhibition in Chicago was held in 1957 when Tesla’s mortal remains and his complete legacy were transferred to Belgrade. (...) As of this year the Belgrade International Theater Festival (Bitef ) will perform a double function – it will continue to inform and enlighten the local audience while promoting the theatre art of Southeastern Europe in the wider geographic context – said the Bitef selectors. In 1868 the Kruševac prefect Pavle Mutavdžić with a few benefactors and distinguished people from the neighbouring areas established the Founding Donors’ Association of the Medicine Hot Mineral Waters in Vrnjci. Thereafter, the process of capping two hot mineral water springs was performed and the construction of spa buildings and baths was initiated. Vrnjačka Banja (Spa) took the leading position in the tourism of Serbia and has retained the undisputed first place so far. (...)
