JAT Airways - Charter & Tourism

Jat Airways organises and negotiates individual and serial charter flights, upon customer request, on all types of Jat Airways aircraft, both domestically and internationally. Charter flights are founded on the principle of a full charter for one or more parties. The most frequent users of this service are tourist agencies, sports teams and fans, artistic groups and ensembles, as well as participants of congresses and fairs.

Standard contract conditions

Applicable upon renting larger aircraft

All offers are subject to aircraft and crew availability, changes in the price of fuel, fluctuation in currency, air traffic licenses as well as airport lots.

Payment: Deposit of 10% on the value of the total price of the charter. Payment must be received in full no later than 72 hours before scheduled departure time.

Penalty fee for cancellations is set as follows:

• 10% of the charter price when the cancellation is given no later than 15 days before the scheduled flight time;
• 25% of the charter price when cancellation is given no later than 7 days before the scheduled flight time;
• 50% of the charter price when cancellation is given no later than 72 hours before the scheduled time;
• 100 % of the charter price when cancellaton occurs less than 72 hours before scheduled flight time.

Cancellation must be received in written form (fax, SITA, e-mail).

The conditions stated above shall be in effect until a charter contract is signed, after which the conditions from the contract shall apply.

The carrier is obligated to transport passengers and baggage according to all international regulations.
