Although it is impossible to avoid all unpredictable situations, offering high-quality service while carrying your consignment is our basic aim.

Should there occur any irregularity during the carriage of cargo, our professional service is ready to help.

Regardless of whether a consignor has insured his/her consignment, JAT accepts liability for the loss or damage of cargo in international and domestic traffic to the amount of about 20.68 EUR per kg.

If the consignor declares a higher value of cargo, with the additional payment of 0.75% on the declared value, indemnification for the damage shall be made for the declared value.

Claims shall be forwarded in the following terms:

• Up to 14 days, in the event of damage or partial loss of consignment;
• Up to 21 days, in the event of delay in delivery;
• Up to 120 days, in the event that the cargo consignment is not delivered.
